Patrycja Karcińska, MSc Eng, works in the Institute of Construction and Transportation Engineering & Management  at Cracow University of Technology. On the 1^st July 2011 she defended her master thesis on the Civil Engineering Faculty at Cracow Technical University and the decision of the Faculty Council graduated with honors for academic performance.

Patrycja Karcińska’s scope of interest encompasses issues related to organization and management of construction, especially such problems as construction contractor bidding strategy, development and optimization of construction schedules, construction works duration assessment and workforce planning. Her models of the processes employ fuzzy logic. She is at the beginning of her scientific career and has already published few articles in Polish journals.
