The paper submission is now OPEN. Please, prepare your paper using the conference paper template. Read and follow the instructions in the template carefully and only use the styles whose name starts with ‘CC’. The manuscript cannot be more than 6 pages long. The uploaded file should be in .doc or .docx format, .pdf is not acceptable.

The Scientific Committee will accept maximum 2 presentations from one registered participant.

Accepted, peer-reviewed papers will be included in the ISBN numbered proceedings. Extended versions of selected papers will be published in an issue of Scopus-indexed Procedia Engineering. Furthermore, a few selected, extended and fully refereed papers that fit the scope and mission of Automation in Construction, International Journal of Construction Management, or Organization, Technology and Management in Construction will be published in a special section or issue of the given journal.

It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct paper. Any error in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author Submitted paper can be seen, modified or deleted within the whole period of the paper submission online.

Once the paper has been submitted, modified or deleted, the corresponding author will automatically receive an acknowledgement of receipt, modification or cancellation (by email).

Correspondence regarding the papers such as confirmation of submission, notification of acceptance or rejection and instructions for presentation will only be sent to the corresponding author. It  is his/her responsibility to forward the  information to all co-authors. The presenting author is required to register for the Conference and pay the registration fee as a condition of presenting the paper.


  • All abstratcts must be written in English
  • The abstract text should be within 300 words and typeface in Body text format
  • The paper title must be brief (max. 2 lines allowed in “Title Case” format) and clearly indicate the nature of the investigation
  • Authors number: will be maximized: 10 names
  • Workplaces: max. 10 different workplaces
  • The abstratct must represent original work and should be as informative as possible.
  • The body of the abstract should be ordered as follows:
    • Objectives of study
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusions
  • 5 keywords needed at the end of the abstract text
