How to get there?

Krakow has convenient, direct air connections with all major European cities. The airport transfer from Balice Airport Krakow to center of the city lasts 20 – 30 minutes.


PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS

Visitors from non-EU Countries must possess a passport valid for at least 3 months beyond the length of stay. Participants requiring a visa should apply immediately to a consular office or a diplomatic mission of the Republic of Poland in their country in order to avoid a delayed arrival to the congress. Please note that the visa application procedure can take up to two weeks. It is not possible to obtain a visa at any Polish airport.

DMC Poland will assist delegates by processing official invitations upon request.

Official invitation by DMC Poland or organizer – information needed:

Your full name
Date of birth
Place of birth
Country of citizenship (country which issued your passport)
Your passport number
Your passport expiry date
Your stay dates: arrival and departure day

As soon as the required data is received, the congress secretariat will start the procedure for issuing your official invitation. The procedure usually takes a few days. When the invitation is ready, it will be sent to you by post or express delivery service. You should then present it at the embassy of Poland in your country to obtain the visa for the conference.

Citizens of the following countries are not required to be in possession of a visa when entering Poland for less than 90 days:
